Foundation Academy™ Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Foundation Academy™ membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Membership & Recurring Billing
Foundation Academy™ is a recurring membership. By enrolling, you authorize DIY Soccer Academy™ to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the membership price displayed at the time of purchase and at each applicable renewal period until the membership is canceled.

2. Automatic Renewal
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before your next renewal date. Your payment method will be charged the then-applicable membership amount in accordance with your selected plan.

3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not generally provide a refund for amounts already paid. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access through the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Digital Access
Your membership provides access to Foundation Academy™ digital soccer training content and related member resources for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. Available training sessions, features, content, and resources may be added, removed, updated, or modified over time.

5. Refund Policy
Because Foundation Academy™ provides immediate access to digital content, membership payments are non-refundable once charged, except where otherwise expressly stated by DIY Soccer Academy™ or required by applicable law.

6. Personal & Household Use
Your membership is intended for personal use by the purchasing household and its authorized player(s). Your account, login credentials, training videos, downloads, and other Academy materials may not be shared outside your household, copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, resold, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without written authorization from DIY Soccer Academy™.

7. Parent or Guardian Consent
Foundation Academy™ is designed for youth soccer players. A parent or legal guardian must purchase or authorize participation for any participant under the age of 18 and is responsible for determining whether the training is appropriate for the child.

8. Parent/Guardian Supervision & Training Environment
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing appropriate supervision based on the player's age and ability and for ensuring the player trains in a safe environment with adequate space, appropriate footwear and equipment, and surroundings free from reasonably foreseeable hazards.

9. Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk
Soccer training and physical activity involve inherent risks, including the possibility of falls, collisions, strains, sprains, and other injuries. By permitting your child to participate, you acknowledge these inherent risks and voluntarily allow participation subject to applicable law.

Participants should stop training immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, illness, difficulty breathing, or unusual discomfort. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a participant is physically capable of participating and should seek appropriate professional medical advice when necessary.

10. Online Training Limitations
Foundation Academy™ provides remote, prerecorded and/or online soccer instruction. DIY Soccer Academy™ and its coaches are not physically present with the participant and therefore cannot inspect the participant's training environment, provide physical supervision, identify every unsafe condition, or immediately respond to an injury or emergency.

11. No Guaranteed Results
Every player develops differently. DIY Soccer Academy™ does not guarantee specific improvements in soccer ability, confidence, playing time, team selection, tryout results, athletic performance, scholarships, advancement, or any other particular outcome.

12. Intellectual Property
Foundation Academy™, its training videos, instructional methods, graphics, written materials, downloads, branding, and other program content are owned by or licensed to DIY Soccer Academy™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a membership provides a limited right to access and use the materials for authorized personal purposes; ownership is not transferred.

13. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

14. Changes to the Program
DIY Soccer Academy™ may periodically update, replace, reorganize, add, or remove training content, features, coaches, resources, or other aspects of Foundation Academy™ as the program evolves.

15. Additional Policies
Your purchase and use of Foundation Academy™ are also subject to DIY Soccer Academy™'s applicable website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any parental consent, waiver, release, or assumption-of-risk agreement presented during enrollment.
