Welcome to DIY Soccer Academy™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DIY Soccer Academy website, Foundation Academy™, Foundation Academy™ 7-Day Access offer, Private Coaching Experience™, training videos, digital materials, coaching services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, or allowing a minor to participate in our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you are purchasing or using our Services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian or otherwise have legal authority to authorize the minor's participation.
1. About DIY Soccer Academy™
DIY Soccer Academy™ provides online soccer training, educational content, digital training resources, and online coaching services designed to help soccer players develop their skills.
Our Services are intended to supplement a player's soccer development and are not intended to replace team coaching, medical advice, professional healthcare, or appropriate adult supervision.
2. Foundation Academy™ Membership
Foundation Academy™ is an online soccer training membership providing access to follow-along training videos and other player-development resources.
Membership Access
Active members receive access to Foundation Academy™ training content and resources made available as part of their membership.
Content, training sessions, features, coaches, resources, and program structure may be updated, replaced, added, reorganized, or removed as the Academy evolves.
Recurring Billing
Foundation Academy™ is a recurring subscription.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize DIY Soccer Academy™ and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the amount and billing frequency displayed at the time of purchase.
Your membership will automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Foundation Academy™ membership at any time in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided through your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not result in a refund for amounts already charged, and membership access will generally remain available through the end of the current paid billing period.
You are responsible for canceling before your next renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next billing period.

3. Foundation Academy™ 7-Day Access — $7
The Foundation Academy™ 7-Day Access offer provides seven (7) consecutive days of access to Foundation Academy™ for a one-time payment of $7.00.
No Subscription or Automatic Renewal
The 7-Day Access offer is not a subscription.
Your $7 payment does not automatically enroll you in a Foundation Academy™ membership.
There is no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel.
At the end of the seven-day access period, your access will expire automatically.
Continuing With Foundation Academy™
If you would like to continue using Foundation Academy™ after the seven-day period, you must separately enroll in an available Foundation Academy™ membership.
Your payment information will not be automatically charged for a Foundation Academy™ membership solely because you purchased the 7-Day Access offer.

4. Private Coaching Experience™
The Private Coaching Experience™ provides individualized online soccer coaching and player-development guidance.
Booking and Payment
Private coaching sessions must be purchased and scheduled according to the pricing, availability, duration, and booking terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Purchasing a private coaching session does not create an ongoing subscription unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Scheduling and Attendance
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions at the agreed-upon time and ensuring they have the necessary internet connection, device, equipment, and appropriate training environment.
Rescheduling and Cancellations

Private Coaching Experience™ sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice and missed appointments may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session, except at DIY Soccer Academy's discretion or where required by law.
Online Coaching Limitations
Private coaching is conducted remotely. The coach cannot physically inspect the player's environment, provide hands-on supervision, or immediately respond to an injury or emergency.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for providing appropriate supervision and ensuring the participant has a safe environment in which to participate.

5. Payments
Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.
Changes to membership pricing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any notices required for existing subscribers.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. DIY Soccer Academy™ does not necessarily directly store complete payment-card information.
6. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, payments for digital products, membership periods already charged, 7-Day Access, and completed or late-canceled coaching services are non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Youth Participation & Parental Consent
DIY Soccer Academy™ provides Services intended for youth soccer players.
A parent or legal guardian must authorize the participation of any minor.
By purchasing Services for or permitting a minor to participate, the parent or guardian acknowledges responsibility for determining whether participation is appropriate for the child and for providing appropriate supervision.
Parents and guardians should consider the participant's age, experience, physical ability, surroundings, and the nature of each activity when determining the level of supervision required.

8. Safety & Training Environment
Soccer and physical training involve inherent risks of injury.
Before participating, players and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that:
- The participant has sufficient safe space to perform the activity.
- The training area is clear of obstacles and hazards.
- Appropriate footwear, clothing, and equipment are used.
- Equipment and playing surfaces are suitable and in safe condition.
- Appropriate hydration and rest are available.
- The participant follows the instructions provided and trains within their abilities.
- Appropriate adult supervision is provided for minors.
Participants should immediately stop any activity if they experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, illness, unusual discomfort, or believe continuing would be unsafe.
Parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether a child is physically capable of participating. Appropriate medical advice should be obtained when there are questions or concerns about a participant's ability to safely engage in physical activity.
9. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in soccer training and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, strains, sprains, impacts, equipment-related injuries, and other physical injuries.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with participation in the Services and accept responsibility for determining whether the participant's environment and circumstances are appropriate for participation.
10. No Medical Advice
DIY Soccer Academy™, its coaches, training videos, materials, and Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or treatment.
Information provided through the Services is for soccer training and educational purposes.
Consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or concerns about whether participation is appropriate.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary.
Participation in DIY Soccer Academy™ does not guarantee any particular level of improvement, athletic performance, confidence, playing time, team placement, starting position, tryout result, competitive achievement, scholarship, recruitment opportunity, or other outcome.
Player development depends on numerous factors, including practice, effort, consistency, experience, physical development, coaching, competition, and individual circumstances.
12. Personal Use & Account Sharing
Unless otherwise expressly stated, purchases and memberships are intended for the personal use of the purchasing household and authorized player(s).
You may not share account credentials with individuals outside your household or provide unauthorized individuals with access to paid DIY Soccer Academy™ content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
13. Intellectual Property
All DIY Soccer Academy™ content, including training videos, coaching materials, written materials, graphics, photographs, logos, downloads, program names, curriculum, website content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to DIY Soccer Academy™ and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing access grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable materials for their intended personal purposes.
You may not, without prior written authorization:
copy or reproduce paid content; record or redistribute training videos; publicly display paid materials; share downloads outside the authorized household; sell or sublicense content; upload content to social media, video-sharing services, websites, or file-sharing services; or use DIY Soccer Academy™ content to create or operate another commercial training product or service.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with operation of the Services, circumvent access restrictions, distribute malicious software, scrape protected content, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
DIY Soccer Academy™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes these Terms have been materially violated, subject to applicable law.
15. User Communications and Submissions
If you submit questions, feedback, assessments, messages, or other information through the Services, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide that information.
Submitting feedback does not automatically give DIY Soccer Academy™ permission to publicly use a child's name, photograph, video, likeness, or testimonial for advertising.

16. Privacy
Use of the website and Services is also subject to the DIY Soccer Academy™ Privacy Policy.
17. Third-Party Services
DIY Soccer Academy™ may use third-party platforms and providers for website hosting, video delivery, payment processing, scheduling, email communication, analytics, advertising, and online meetings.
18. Website Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to our Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, internet disruptions, third-party service failures, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
19. Changes to Services
DIY Soccer Academy™ may improve, modify, update, reorganize, add, or discontinue portions of its Services and content.
Material changes affecting paid memberships will be handled in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where legally required, additional notice or consent will be provided.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DIY Soccer Academy™ and its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
