By purchasing the Foundation Academy™ 7-Day Offer, you agree to the following terms:

  1. One-Time Payment: You will be charged a one-time payment of $7.00 for seven (7) consecutive days of access to Foundation Academy™.
  2. No Automatic Renewal: This offer does not automatically renew or convert into a paid membership or subscription. There is nothing to cancel.
  3. Access Period: Your 7-day access period begins upon successful purchase and ends seven (7) days later. Access will expire automatically at the end of the access period.
  4. Continuing After the 7 Days: If you would like to continue using Foundation Academy™ after your access expires, you must separately purchase or enroll in an available Foundation Academy™ membership.
  5. Digital Product / Refunds: Because this offer provides immediate access to digital training content, the $7 purchase is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  6. Personal Use Only: Access is provided solely for the personal use of the purchasing household/player. Training videos, materials, and other Academy content may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, or made publicly available without written permission from DIY Soccer Academy™.
  7. Parent or Guardian: Foundation Academy™ is designed for youth players. Purchase and participation by a minor must be authorized and supervised as appropriate by a parent or legal guardian.
  8. Safety and Assumption of Risk: Soccer and physical training involve inherent risks of injury. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the player has a safe and appropriate training area, appropriate equipment, adequate supervision, and is physically able to participate. Players should stop immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, illness, or unusual discomfort.
  9. No Guaranteed Results: Training results vary by player. DIY Soccer Academy™ does not guarantee specific improvements, team selection, playing time, competitive results, or other outcomes from participation.

  10. Additional Terms: Participation is also subject to DIY Soccer Academy™'s applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and liability/parental waiver, where applicable.
