Private Coaching Experience™ — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Private Coaching Experience™ session from DIY Soccer Academy™, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Parent/Guardian Authorization
If the participant is under 18 years old, the purchase must be made or authorized by the participant’s parent or legal guardian. By completing this purchase, you confirm that you are the participant’s parent/legal guardian or otherwise have legal authority to authorize their participation.

2. Private Coaching Session
Your purchase includes one online Private Coaching Experience™ session for the player identified during booking. Coaching is provided remotely and may include skill instruction, technique feedback, position-specific guidance, player development recommendations, and other soccer-related coaching based on the player’s needs and goals.

3. Scheduling
Sessions must be scheduled using the booking options provided by DIY Soccer Academy™ and are subject to coach availability. The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact information and joining the scheduled session on time.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session, as well as missed sessions or no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

If DIY Soccer Academy™ must cancel a session, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or, when appropriate, receive a refund for the affected session.

5. Online Coaching & Technology
Private Coaching Experience™ sessions are conducted remotely. You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and appropriate training space. DIY Soccer Academy™ is not responsible for interruptions caused by the participant’s internet connection, equipment, device, or other technical issues outside our control.

6. Safe Training Environment
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for determining whether the participant’s training environment is appropriate and safe. The training area should provide adequate space and be free from obstacles, hazards, unsafe surfaces, or other conditions that could reasonably cause injury.

Appropriate footwear, equipment, hydration, weather conditions, and adult supervision should be considered based on the participant’s age and training environment.

7. Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk
Soccer training and related physical activities involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, strains, sprains, bruises, cuts, and other injuries.

Because coaching is provided remotely, DIY Soccer Academy™ and its coaches cannot physically inspect the participant’s training environment, directly supervise the participant, or physically intervene in the event of an unsafe condition or injury.

By allowing the participant to participate, the parent/legal guardian acknowledges these risks and voluntarily permits participation.

8. Physical Readiness
The parent/legal guardian is responsible for determining whether the participant is physically capable of participating in soccer training. Participants should stop immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or other unusual discomfort and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.

DIY Soccer Academy™ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. No Guarantee of Results
Player development varies based on factors including age, experience, effort, consistency, practice habits, physical development, and other individual circumstances. DIY Soccer Academy™ does not guarantee specific improvements, playing time, team selection, tryout results, scholarships, or other athletic outcomes.

10. Refunds
Except where required by law or otherwise determined by DIY Soccer Academy™, completed coaching sessions, missed sessions, and late cancellations are non-refundable. Please review the DIY Soccer Academy™ Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional information.

11. Personal Use
Private Coaching Experience™ sessions and any training materials or recommendations provided are intended solely for the registered participant and their parent/legal guardian. Coaching content may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially without prior written permission from DIY Soccer Academy™.

12. Additional Terms & Waiver
Your purchase and participation are also subject to the DIY Soccer Academy™ Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Parent/Guardian Participation Waiver & Release.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these applicable policies.
