DIY Soccer Academy™ Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DIY Soccer Academy™, we want parents and players to understand exactly what they are purchasing and how cancellations and refunds work. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through DIY Soccer Academy™, including Foundation Academy™, the Foundation Academy™ 7-Day Access offer, and Private Coaching Experience™.
1. Foundation Academy™ Membership
Foundation Academy™ is a recurring digital membership that provides access to online soccer training content and related member resources.
Automatic Renewal
Your Foundation Academy™ membership automatically renews at the billing frequency and price disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged for each applicable renewal until canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Foundation Academy™ membership at any time.
Once canceled:
- You will not be charged for future renewal periods.
- Your membership will generally remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
- Your access will end when that paid billing period expires.
To avoid your next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled renewal date.
Membership Refunds
Because Foundation Academy™ provides immediate access to digital training content, membership payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or where DIY Soccer Academy™ determines otherwise in its discretion.
Canceling a membership stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period.
2. Foundation Academy™ — 7 Days for $7
The Foundation Academy™ 7-Day Access offer is a one-time $7 purchase providing seven (7) consecutive days of access to Foundation Academy™.
No Automatic Renewal
The 7-Day Access offer:
Does not automatically renew.
Does not automatically become a Foundation Academy™ membership.
Does not require cancellation.
Your access simply expires at the end of the seven-day period.
If you want to continue with Foundation Academy™ after your seven days, you must separately enroll in an available membership.
7-Day Access Refunds
Because access to digital training content is provided immediately after purchase, the $7 purchase is non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where DIY Soccer Academy™ determines otherwise in its discretion.
If you experience a technical or billing problem that prevents you from accessing the program, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
3. Private Coaching Experience™
Private Coaching Experience™ sessions are individually purchased online coaching appointments.
Rescheduling
Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 72Â hours' notice is provided before the scheduled session.
To request a reschedule, contact DIY Soccer Academy™ using the contact information below.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 72Â hours before the scheduled session may result in the session being considered used and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session.
No-Shows
If a player does not attend a scheduled Private Coaching Experience™ session and has not provided the required notice, the session will generally be considered completed and will not be eligible for a refund.
Coach Cancellations
If DIY Soccer Academy™ must cancel a scheduled coaching session, we will provide the opportunity to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
If a suitable replacement time cannot reasonably be arranged, a refund for the affected session may be provided.
Technical Problems
Because Private Coaching Experience™ sessions are conducted online, participants are responsible for having an appropriate device and reliable internet connection.
If a significant technical problem on DIY Soccer Academy's side prevents the session from being completed, we will work with you to reschedule the affected session.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or experienced another billing error, please contact us promptly.
We will review the transaction and correct verified billing errors as appropriate.
5. Promotional Offers
Special promotions, discounts, introductory offers, or other limited offers may have additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Where offer-specific terms differ from this general policy, the terms clearly disclosed for that particular offer will apply, subject to applicable law.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a purchase or charge, we encourage you to contact DIY Soccer Academy™ first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have through your payment provider or under applicable law.
7. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law provides rights greater than those described in this policy, applicable law will control.
